Last Monday i stopped by Sait Halim Paşa Mansion
The location is very nice,it's in yeniköy an area of İstanbul that i really like
Sait Halim Paşa(1863-1921) is a relative of my great grandmother
at first,it was exciting to go and see the place
The mansion burned years ago and the owners had to reconstruct
The former mansion was of course better and refined
unfortunately it's a too gold,too rococo and too heavily decorated
today they use the mansion to organize weddings
sadly i have to say i'm dissapointed
