Giolitti is the best place in Rome
i'm lucky we have a Giolitti that opened in İstanbul!
the one in Rome has a great decoration(the one next to the Pantheon)
it's opened since 1900 and from 7 am until almost 2 am,365 days a year!
if you seat outside you will see the service is slow,but the atmosphere great
